Pros

You have some flexibility in how you manage your schedule and time. Free toys offered at Christmas, and paid time off given during the Christmas holidays. Company has good product, so it keeps them competitive in the market.

Cons

Retail Operations management is the worst I have ever seen in my professional career. It is unbelievable that the Retail Operations management can remain in power for as long as they have. They are disrespectful to the employees, and lie to the company about the department production. Retail Merchandisers are forced to go along with it, or fear losing their job. I was excited at first when I joined the company, but quickly saw the snakes in the grass, never could have imagined management like that.

Great co-workers and have a decent benefits package. Hours are 9-5 when you are not expected to work extra. Compensation is fair compared to what others in the industry are getting.

Cons

We are not allowed to be creative and are controlled in every aspect which makes it an unhealthy environment. Not kept informed on how the company is doing which always leaves you wondering about the future.
