      Nice perks such as lunch and learns, paid week off for Xmas and toys

      Management has unrealistic expectations, doesn’t communicate to staff, makes unilateral decisions, zero work/life balance, no sounding board to tell our concerns to other than an employee satisfaction survey that doesn’t produce any results or changes

      Pros

      It was an experience of a lifetime, met great people who showed me the ropes of being involved in a big business. Everyone works so well with one another and always so positive and willing to help each other. Truly a trait that I have seen no other company match. Definitely something that is pushed throughout Spin Master with their values and it makes the job that much better!
