      Friendly Creative, positive and passionate. amazing benefits perks. world travel depending on your role, not cheap on fun.

      Cons

      Hard to handle executives on pedestals. work load is heavy. constant roll over. NO onboarding or training, sink or swim

      Pros

      Its a great company and now that I look back I wish I stayed working there. The upper bosses were down to earth and easy to talk to . The job was not hard at all. And when you had to work weekends you got to play with toys !

      Cons

      The fear of the company laying people off . It did happen a few years ago after a toy was a major flop on the market.

      -Made own hours and schedule -All expenses were paid for plus milage for driving -Easy to learn product -independent work environment

      -Managers could be hard to work with at times -Competing merchandisers were ruthless which forced you to be the same
