Pros
-smart and hardworking colleagues -decent health/wellness benefits, quarterly remote work credit -can learn a lot because you’ll be expected to fill 2 people’s roles -very fast paced/dynamic with lots of changes happening
Cons
-even if during the interview you are told OT does not happen often, do expect very long work hours. (Ie, average14 hour day during busy time). This seems to be the expectation from management because work is dumped on you and deadlines are unrealistic. Also there’s no compensation for working OT. -you have to plan your vacations and sometimes even your weekends around the busy times each month because there’s not enough coverage in the team and you maybe expected to work during weekend. -constantly on calls and can’t even get away from your desk. -it’s true what other people on here said, this company does not respect work life balance. -no RRSP matching for employees less than 3 years with the company -compensation (merit/bonus) is not up to par with market
