The people 100% made up the great experiences working for Spin.

Cons

*Process (lack of) & politics (in excess). *Too many "bandaid" systems. *Too many essential roles with only one or two people handling key functions, which should be held by a full team. Scary to think what would happen if any of those people left the company. *Lack of work/Life Balance = high burnout rate. Beware, anyone who is a hard worker & keeps their head down - they will take full advantage. *Lowball in pay. Best way to make decent money is to leave and come back in a higher position.
