Pros

Good tips, fun people to work with, and SOME good clients.. good training as well. Good place to start out if they will hire you right out of school.

Cons

No matter how hard you work, or how many hours you put in you will not be treated well. They have their favorites for sure. You have to push retail big time, and deal with rude clients. They don't close early for holidays. And the owners will complain if you bring up being closed for any holiday.
