Very easy to build clientele and retain them as well. Lots of opportunities to move up within the company. Easiest company I have ever worked for. Great company if you love structured work environment. Love love love our team leader!

Cons

Apparently there are some team leaders that aren't as good to their workers, never experienced it first hand but have know of others that have had bad experience. Look at team leaders.

Awesome place to work. Fun, friendly atmosphere. Super comfortable work uniform (gym clothes). Room to grow. Potential to earn a lot of money.You can almost double your base pay with your commission.
