The way sport clips is run is to make a great experience for people and workers and they stick to what they say they will do for that.

Cons

Owner needs to take more care of the needs of the store not the just money coming in

the tips are great, its laid back and you really can advance if you put the work in. The clients are all men so they aren't as catty or chatty as women and they usually know what they want. The owners of this location are awesome and very hands on!!

Cons

that hourly wage is not enough, the comp plans are not attainable enough and the management isn't always consistent.
