Pros

I started with SportClips after researching the company and reading so many positive reviews. I sought them out and wanted to be employed by them! I have almost 14 years of cosmetology and a bachelors degree to boot. This company is amazing, when they see potential they recognize it and reward it. You can grow your career with them and they treat their employees well. It is the standard, passed down and expected from the support center (corporate but they do not want to be called or considered corporate), or top of the company. They give freely to charity and they are all around good people. If you want a "job" doing what you love and loving what you do look no further, I know I won't!

Cons

Other than the typical cosmetology field woes there are none that I can list, it is truly that great!!!

I just love the company ... great values, they really care about their people. It is the first time in my career, that I feel like I'm part of a family, not just a number. Would highly recommend to anyone in the industry who is tired of working hard, and never feeling appreciated !!!

I love my job with Sport Clips, been with the company about 7 years and honestly wouldn't know what to do without them. I am a single mom with 2 kids and by making Sport Clips my career I have my own house, car, and no debt (besides my house) I am able to support my children on my own, flexible schedule, 401k, paid vacations, and health insurance!!!!

Cons

The only downside I can think of at the moment would be working weekends but when you become a cosmetologist you know that coming into thus field.
