Business Outlook
Pros
Great place to start, the structure is there and male clients are loyal. It gives you a great base of sales and up charging for services. You get to wear tennis shoes.
Cons
Like I said, great place to start. There is definitely room to grow and chances to become managers and run your own store but I was looking for a little more freedom after a few years. Uniforms, which aren't hideous but something you have to remember. Don't take call aheads or appointments so I'd have people waiting hours for me.
