Pros

This is a company that gives you room to grow in the profession. Sport Clips offers continued education starting with new hire training going to manager training. There are plenty of product knowledge classes and also some cutting classes. I feel like no matter how long you are in the business there will always be new things you can learn or refresh your memory on.

Cons

I think this depends on your TL personally and how far they are willing to go and put time into your ideas and growth.

Very high turnover for coworkers. owner does not care enough to improve problems. No designated lunches.
