      Comfortable attire, ongoing technical training, opportunities for growth within company, product knowledge training, Leaders who care, a thriving work environment filled with stylists who care about each other, team driven, believe having fun while working is essential to a positive work enviroment.

      Cons

      Long hours on occassion. When it's busy it is really busy and can seem stressful at times. Not enough stylists on the team.
