great pay, great tips, mostly male clients

Cons

poor management, don't get schedule until the night before the week starts, 10 and 11 hour shifts daily (on your feet the whole time), attitudes given when breaks are needed, will not work around personal life and issues, poor communication, owners avoid calls, promised Christmas bonus they 'forgot' to put on check. no raises or bonus. do not care about employees and treat them poorly. hostile work environment
