If you like a consistent, cooperate structure. This is it. Fun environment with structure, get to wear GYM SHOES!

Cons

Pay can be minimal. When interviewing, be sure to ask average client count. Because these stores can be franchised. You don't wanna risk traveling far out for an extremely slow store. Some owners are hard to handle even for cooperate.

I have tons of fun marketing at huge events, trade-shows, hairshows, conventions, universities and cosmo schools. I also like that I have made the company alot of money. Credit card, gas card and I enjoy finding great team members for our group.

Cons

Franchise, stylists are harder to recruit, really there are no downsides I just want a change
