      I enjoy working at Springer Nature because i like working in research publishing and Springer Nature is a great publisher with good people and a nice culture.

      Cons

      The commute to the office can be a pain but since now we can work part of the week remotely, it is easier.

      - Wonderful team manager. - Flexible and supportive of parents/ sickness/ personal circumstances. - Nice office - accessible to the central station. - Good onboarding and training - Good documentation of SOP.

      Cons

      - Low salary. A lot of people are overqualified for their position. - Not much benefits considering the revenues of the company.
