Thank you for sharing. Work life balance is important and we have many benefits which prove popular such as our Workation policy allowing colleagues to combine seeing Family & Friends abroad with work. Working alongside smart and inspiring colleagues in a collaborative & innovative environment is something we celebrate. We have last year launched a global careers hub which brings together resources, training and events to help colleagues to take ownership of their careers. We are also making internal vacancies even more transparent so please look out for this. We believe that there is room for everyone to develop and grow at Springer Nature.
