Our flexible working offers colleagues hybrid office time so we can balance personal and work with ease whilst we continue to have an open and welcoming culture for all our colleagues. We have extensive resources to support development and work on rewarding projects. Work life balance is important so we all need to work on this and use the resources and support around us to help. Great advice on the survey's and this one of the reasons we just launched our new Career Hub which is a one stop place for all our global colleagues to focus on their progression.
