      Thank you for sharing. We do have a highly inclusive and supportive culture which I agree is generally balanced well towards work life balance. We have listened to our colleagues and just recently launched a new Career Development hub which we are hopeful will offer more transparency in our global roles and ideas to support career development for all our colleagues. We do benchmark and review salaries in line with our industry and you'll hear more about this as we approach the year end. Thanks again.

      Positive culture but some stagnation

      Love everyone on my team, company culture is positive (although this can be dependent on the individual team you work with)

      Cons

      I've had some great opportunities for advancement and these do exist, but the nature of these jobs is that it can be difficult to move beyond the entry level unless you switch teams or someone on your team leaves and you're able to step in to take over their portfolio.
