Clear expectations in terms of performance, friendly co-workers, easily available training, HR tends reasonable with regard to disability. Free caffeine!

Cons

There will be late working. It is discouraged, but it will happen.

We are proud to play an active role in celebrating diversity, equity and inclusion across our company and through our publications and activities. I'm with you on the free caffeine and the new machines are terrific! We do believe that our culture continues to improved by our colleagues coming together a couple of times a week and our hybrid working policy helps motivate our colleagues to collaborate better in an active and creative environment.

We are a truly global firm and a culture which celebrates intellectual curiosity. Career progression is key and our culture supports and believes in promoting from within and developing our talent so we can grow together. We do benchmark salaries regularly.
