      Clear expectations in terms of performance, friendly co-workers, easily available training, HR tends reasonable with regard to disability. Free caffeine!

      Cons

      There will be late working. It is discouraged, but it will happen.

I'm with you on the free caffeine and the new machines are terrific! We do believe that our culture continues to improved by our colleagues coming together a couple of times a week and our hybrid working policy helps motivate our colleagues to collaborate better in an active and creative environment.
