Pros

The company is very much involved in international and local projects, sends frequent communications to the employee about events and campaigns. The management usually asks for employees'opinions and point of view on matters related to their job and is open to suggestions and requests.

Cons

Some distribution and materials management issues make it difficult sometimes to have the results expected

Pros

- Excellent colleagues - Varied and stimulating work - Freedom to work the way you see fit

Cons

- Low salary (and yes, compared with similar jobs at other companies despite their claims to benchmark salaries), and constant stonewalling of the employee union in negotiating better conditions. - Middle and upper management and HR create lots of busy work for themselves and everyone else. - Leadership are focussed on short-term gains and cost-cutting over quality and serving their community

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We do have incredibly unique culture among our colleagues and great people. Work life balance and flexibility something we are very proud of. In terms of benefits and salary we do benchmark against our industry and something we are working on as we continue to support our colleagues and be flexible. Workation is an example which is proving very popular. Serving our community is something that is paramount to our purpose as we accelerate our growth strategically.
