Thank you for sharing your review. The work our SN technology team works on influences all areas of our business and the calibre of the colleagues skillset is required to be exceptional as the team is responsible for maintaining and delivering millions of articles used by scientists, researchers and students across the World. So we need the very best in class. We do like to keep bureaucracy slim so appreciate your thoughts on being a bit laid back at times.

Pros

Almost everyone at the company is extremely nice and helpful. The corporate culture is characterised by an openness to listen, to consider new ideas and by a can-do attitude. The management is generally down to earth and is not above admitting when they don't know something. It also helps that what the company does (advance knowledge to help solve problems) is something I can really get behind.

Cons

There is a certain reluctance to try out drastic innovation, but I get that as the company's main asset is reliably delivering the highest-quality scientific output.

Thank you for sharing. I agree completely, we do have a culture where our colleagues are warm and welcoming. It's very special to be part of a firm that contributes to the sharing of knowledge that influences the worlds experts. We work with such talented colleagues every day and we offer great opportunities for personal and professional growth . Our first every global employer brand launch is the first big step to communicate our global strength to the external market and bring to life our fantastic culture.

Thank you for sharing your insight. You are so right - It's all about our purpose and people. We have colleagues who are full of passion and love working in an environment where we challenge and learn. We all are encouraged to actively contribute to new ideas. Our new Employer Brand is 'Be Part of Progress' and this rings very true - rewarding to come to work everyday and be recognised and empowered to make a difference. We should always look to improve and your point on size and timeframes is being worked on.
