Pros

Great career opportunities, it's a very stable company and you see many people who work here for decades. You have easy access to upper management and they're very transparent. Good work from home and working from abroad options. Salary is in the market average but this is a positive thing.

Cons

There are differences of contracts inside the company. Basically if you work in a building, your contract is for 37 hours/week, if you work on another one, your contract is for 38.5 hours/week. This creates a negative perception between the employees and inside competition. The offices in Germany are becoming gradually more international, but there's still some noticeable "resistance" to expats in some areas.

Pros

Had some personal issues in my private life and they really supported me until I couldn't work anymore. Also they were very flexible when I wanted to travel but I still needed to work for a bit, so I would travel with my work laptop. Very understanding

Cons

Changes of teams would sometimes mean that there were misunderstandings in procedure so training and procedures were more complex
