I have spend more than 3 years in the company but salary is very low as compared to my friends who have moved to other company. The way managers (only rarely they speak to team) treat us is always like we have to do what they say. all the time they keep giving talks and never tell us the facts. Targets are increased as they want, we are made to do a lot of work with less salary. New office is very far, no network (only false promises that they are sorting it), canteen is not there at all, no growth only people who speak to manager get opportunities.
