Pros

Company is great to work for, good benefits including Friday off in summer without affecting annual leave (when you work the time back the week prior); good salary for location and staff are really friendly; great flexible working pattern. They have also been really accommodating to my disability.

Cons

I haven't found any. really enjoy it here

Thank you for sharing your review. Work life balance is indeed valuable for us all and our Summer Fridays are a great benefit for some of our regions. Also, our collegiate environment where we support & encourage each other and celebrate our success often. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion makes us stronger and I agree our culture is unique and very special.

Pros

- great colleagues - lovely office environment (London) - great career development opportunities - lots of opportunities for personal growth - fab recruitment department - competitive salary

Cons

- talks a lot about prioritising DEI but actions do not always align with it - technology/systems not as advanced as some other publishers of similar size - core benefits (not incl. salary) not as competitive as some other publishers of similar size

Thank you; our people are at the core of our culture and our colleagues always offering to help and support those that need it. Working with such talented people who are intellectually curious and enjoy learning and striving to contribute to rewarding projects that support our customers and their communities. You will hear more about our DEI efforts and commitments over the next few months so we can be clear how and when we will deliver our representation goals. Our salary and benefits are flexible and vary depending on the region and we look to review and benchmark regularly. Thank you again for sharing.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Delighted to read your thoughts and our inspiring and passionate colleagues make a positive impact every day as we support our customers and their communities. Our culture believes in supporting and developing talent from within so we can grow together. We review our benefits and I believe our new Pune offices has wider food & relaxation options and more efficient travel connections than our old office.
