Amazing colleagues - very passionate, smart, people across the globe work at Springer Nature - and you have the privilege of being able to work with exceptionally talented and committed professionals.

Cons

It's very large and globally dispersed which can make it quite challenging. It's also a for-profit (with the *right*values) in an increasingly challenging environment for "for-profit" publishers.
