Pros

- Good corporate culture and atmosphere in the teams, there is always someone available to answer questions - Possibility for individual way of working as long as goals are met - Good salary in the publishing industry, Christmas bonus, vacation bonus and the possibility of a company pension plan - Excellent support during the pandemic, both financial (a bonus was paid) and non-financial (free vaccination offers) - Possibility for home office is given, laptop and IT equipment is provided by the company - Large publishing group with many divisions for individual development

Cons

- As in all large companies, there is a lot of bureaucracy and changes in workflows take some time - Although possibilities for career development do exist, there could be more options, especially for the more senior staff (this is currently being worked on)

Pros

Positive and supportive team environment, I enjoy the day-to-day of my job and my manager is extremely supportive

Cons

There is a lot of variation of experiences given the large company, and experience seems to be extremely team-dependent or manager-dependent

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We are very happy that our colleagues support each other we have a culture that encourages us all to support and ask questions. I'm sorry to hear about the variation on experiences. This should not be the case we all colleagues should be treated with respect. We will shortly be looking to communicate Hiring Manager training so we can look to ensure that our colleague experiences are consistently great. If this is not the case then can I kindly suggest you talk to your HRI colleague.
