Pros

Great lower Manhattan location Open office space plan; easy access to all levels of mgmt Worked with a small team. Everyone was pleasant

Cons

Absolutely no company culture! Very corporate and dry dry dry! The recent merger created an "us" versus "them" attitude. Worked long hours with below market pay. IT provided terrible service. And there's no real summer hours. It's a gimmick to get you to work overtime without the pay.

Pros

1. Good technology exposure 2. One will learn a lot

Cons

1. Companies policies are not at all employee focused. Management are closing down all the good policies that existed. 2. HR are just name sake. Dont do address concerns. Don't act on your concerns. Raise their hand saying cant do anything 3. Cafeteria is pathetic. 4. No parent insurance cover. inspite of feedback nothing is worked up on. even people are ready to pay on their own but then too nothing is working. 5. Manager and above are hopeless. Fit for nothing. 6. Variable pay is enforced at cost of salary cut. 7. Right they are Agile. Policies change frequently and are company benefit oriented . Employee are suffering a lot. 8. Lot of politics. 9. Appraisal are delayed. 10. Not a company to stay long term. And feel like they don't want people to stay long term. 11. Even though there are expertise in house they are going around and enforcing commercial took that is not worth it. Many dint recommend it but still management is going for it. (Reason unknow)
