Pros

nothing much to talk about this..may be salary..................

Cons

bad working Culture and timings..around 10 hrs working per day...even weekends too sometimes...bad HR policies...the TL's there dont even have core knowledge...less job safety and lot of politics by senior manager..high attrition rate ppl dont even stay long for a year...so if your planing to shift from big company pls think about that...heard IT department is ok to work...but medical writing is NOT WORTH TO WORK..not getting even the interview calls from other companies so ask others before joining..think and be alert..

Pros

Great benefits -- Generous vacation, sick, and personal time off. Summer hours. Life, medical, dental, vision. 401k. Merit and non-merit based bonuses.

Cons

Beer at the summer picnic is domestic, flat, and warm. Your starting salary is basically where you will stay. Upper management caps DEPARTMENT salary increases at 3% -- so if your neighbor gets a 5% raise, then you're only getting 1%. Hard to get anything better unless you get promoted; which is not really that hard to do, but as others have said, only if your boss is willing to fight for you. Open office concept means you will NOT have a private office, walls, or a door -- even as a senior editor. Oh, and one of the senior managers made egregious sexual advances toward me. Not indicative of all bosses, most were cool, but... Watch your back, girls!

Pros

Good Work/Life Balance and Great Location

Cons

Management Mistreats their Subordinates and treat the Licensing Support as if they were their very own maids. Management got to where they are because of the fact that they do not care about anyone else but themselves, lest of all, those who look to them for direction in their own jobs. Salaries are Low and there is little chance to move around within the company.
