      I learned a lot. I enjoyed working with my direct manager and my immediate team. Working there helped me assess my career direction.

      Cons

      Difficulty working with other departments. Departments work in silos. Changes happen with little notice and it impacts employees' work. Sometimes the information released to employees can be vague and it affects how different departments work together.
