      There CTC looks huge and competitive to market standard for freshers. But in reality it's a scam. As a doctor you are unaware of this tricks. There is component of variable pay which they don't pay until you complete 1 and half year of you job association. And then pay 50 percentage of what has been assured. CTC include everything like gratuity insurance variable pay and what not... So if you have 11 LPA salary then in actual they are paying 7.5LPA only. So beware when signing contract with them. Also it is only better to get entry in PV world. Not good for long term association. Run from here and do not spend more than 1 year.
