Our London based office is in a great location and our culture is and employee networks celebrate difference and create vibrant communities and safe spaces for colleauges who share common experiences and interests. We do review our salaries regularly and like most firms we pay bonuses at year end. In 2022, we announced we would make significant additional payments to over 6,000 employees earning below a certain threshold in high inflation countries, to help with the increased cost of living. The 2nd of two payments was made in 2023. This week, we announced further measures to support our UK colleagues by adjusting our core hours to offer even more flexibility and offering a further one off payment this Summer to support the majority of UK colleagues with travel costs.
