Thank you for sharing. I'm not entirely clear as to Toonless. Every day our fantastic people work to help researchers, clinicians and educators find solutions to the world's greatest challenges so our purpose is quite popular and continues to be something that keeps our talent engaged and motivated. We hire the best talent and pride ourselves in not making compromises on quality. Money is not the primary motivator for most of our colleagues and we look to deliver on our commitment to be recognised as a purpose driven company.
