      Pros

      Highly fulfilling, most energetic bunch of people I've ever worked with People come together real well and get stuff done Projects super exciting - very autonomous with ability to do a lot in a short period of time.

      Cons

      Sometimes things can take a little longer - but still WAYYY faster than at other orgs.

      - Loved watching the company grow and mature over the past few years - Freedom and autonomy with your role - Culture within teams is great, everyone is always keen to help out and get the job done - Very flexible

      Cons

      - Things move quickly - In the period between transitioning from a start-up to a scale up company (some people might prefer that startup environment where things are more unstructured)
