Great teams & working with mostly people great at their jobs
Nice merch and decent-ish perks for platform
Nice office
Overall team culture is good at recognising work
Generally don't need to work late
Cons
Lots of entrenched staff who are burnt out or use their tenure as an excuse to be sloppy
Bad WFH policy - 3 set days in office
Recent gaslighting culture - try to tell you things are good but then surprise you with layoffs and start gaslighting you about your performance
Low rem

Thanks for your honest feedback. Great to hear that you appreciate the team culture and our work-life balance. We hear you on the concerns you raised - the purpose behind our 3 days a week in office is to facilitate human connection, collaboration, innovation and learning, so we hope you are getting the most out of that.
The people here are amazing and always willing to dig in and help each other. You have the ability to really have an impact and say on how to get stuff done.
The benefits are pretty peachy too - professional development and wellbeing allowances, mental health days and great parental leave package.
Cons
It does take a certain type of person to work at Stake, we have a fast pace and there can be a bit of ambiguity (though this is improving) so you need to be comfortable with this.
