      Pros

      Interview process is great, professional but relaxed. I am a new hire and there is a lot of support from co-workers. Atmosphere is professional but relaxed.

      Cons

      With any IT position there are always going to be request you may never have heard before so sometimes its difficult to know exactly what to do but again there is plenty of support.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours, dynamic environnment, nice atmosphere, young colleagues, office view is cool. Location is next to the subway, easy access to come and go.

      Cons

      Too much pressure at work, requirements without clear explanations, not so much transparency to promotions and opportunities. Targets set are not always reasonable.
