We are never happy when an employee feels insecure in their position. While it is a reality of the IT and staffing world today that outsourcing must happen to maintain customer satisfaction, it is relatively rare that a US project must be eliminated completely and moved overseas. Stefanini will always do what it needs to do so we can meet the customer’s needs, but in the event it affects an employee’s position, we have a great track record of finding another position within the company for the effected employee. Hopefully this knowledge can help alleviate any fears you might have had.
