      Hello, Thanks for taking the time to review our Company. We recognize the amount of turnover we have, and comparatively to other Companies in our region and industry, we have an average turnover rate. A lot of our projects and positions are temporary at our offsite locations, which is why turnover can seem higher in some areas. We are also working to develop a more streamlined training and development program for our employees, and last summer brought in an Organizational Development Manager to help us do so. This does take some time get set up, and we have begun to implement such programs with our Executive Leadership Team, with hopes that this will trickle down to the rest of our employees.       Pros

      Initial impression is that the company is very entrepreneurial in spirit, there is little red tape to get things done. If you see a problem or opportunity, identify it and you're able to get to the appropriate person or resource to review and implement changes. So far everyone I've engaged with, from peers, Helpdesk Technicians, Managers, etc. have all been very friendly, willing to help and have a true desire to take care of business and the client.

      Initial impression is that the company might be a little too budget concious, but nothing that has prevented work from getting done.

      Company perks (gym subscription, company events etc) Access to training - though you have to struggle a bit for that Depending on direct manager, you can get some level of mentoring/coaching Flexible work schedule

      Cons

      Too many procedures and things generally move slowly Not a clear career path and difficult to get a promotion, unless you have a direct manager that supports and pushes things Communication is not always transparent
