      Chaotic and bureaucratic, border line code of conduct(kickbacks and boot licking gets you up fast)

      Pros

      Get to work with people from multiple domains and get to meet some dedicated people. You will learn a lot in short time.

      Cons

      Unorganized, chaotic, too much time spent in meetings, lack of clear line of sight with the management. Some people just do PowerPoints and order people to get results no matter what without providing resources. Poor communication, and old and cumbersome processes waste time in prototyping.

      Job Security Health Insurance Holiday/PTO Work from home Great Coworkers Immediate management cares about you. Lots of opportunity to take on projects and lead.

      Cons

      No raises, pay is very low Workload is huge, 12-15 hr days is typical No employee retention Upper management does what they want, when they want. You can get whiplash at the amount of change and turnover.
