      Pros

      The location is great. The office is very new and modern. There are some really good people there but I do not understand why they stay.

      Cons

      Unprofessional and poor leadership. Low standards for employees. The culture in the office is toxic - backbiting and gossip run amuck. Executive leadership has complete lack of understanding and experience in IT. Instead of viewing professional IT as business partners they are seen as administrative workers. In addition, leadership and HR lack integrity.

      Co-Workers and some mid- level managers are great Great EXCO team

      Cons

      -toxic upper management -mistakes are not tolerated -upper management doesnt give clear expectations or mentor employees -Company sets aside good merit raise and bonus for every employee - leadership makes up some excuse (usually because you made a couple of mistakes in a year) to cut your money EVERY TIME because “it will motivate you to do better” - Upper Manager not held accountable - HR turns a blind eye - benefits not competitive - sick time if you have kids or have a disease is severely lacking. 5 days for a year
