      Pros

      Good company, kind people, understanding managers. This is my first job in remote and support, but I liked it. There was a lot of information on the project and everything was new for me. But after 2 months on the project, everything became clear.

      So far so good, I didn't find any cons.

      Compensation on time, nice office. Ok to start but not for a long term

      Cons

      Management is talking to as you are a kid or stupid. Constant gaslighting. I know a few people who changed their position from the management back to the support representative, as this is the only one safe space at the company. They said management is toxic.

      this was my first job in IT and the first job ever. loved it ever since I joined. nice people and fair pay for all the work

      you have to work for around a year (in most cases) to apply for a promotion to management
