I have been working for the company for more than a year and have been on two projects. It's a good experience, I learned a lot. People are friendly and responsive. Cool office, comfortable and modern, many paintings. If the company's values and yours coincide, career growth is possible.

Cons

In general, everything is fine if everything is discussed at the interview (schedule, compensation, etc.)

My colleagues are friendly people who are helpful. The manager used to be a consultant, so he understands all the processes and helps. My compensation is satisfactory and paid on time. There are night shifts on my project, but I am comfortable with that and have been warned about it.

Cons

There is a lot of information on the projet, everything is dynamic, but that's fine for me.
