It was a very good experience, I have grown a lot. I had a very organized boss, learned a lot from her. They covered relocation when the war in Ukraine started.

Cons

To much stress, yet, it was a reason for personal growth

Very open team for communication. The environment is good and there is room to grow. Remote is definitely a pro, and this company knows how to do remote to everyone benefit. Paycheck on time with no delays.

Cons

Depending on your position, slight micromanagement.
