      I have been in the company for a few months already, and I feel at home. My coworkers, my team lead, everyone is always very helpful, it is a safe environment to express my self and develop as a professional in my area. It is the first company where I felt so comfortable 💛

      Cons

      Obviously nothing is perfect, I can get stressed, but having the support of my team and knowing that if something is too overwhelming for me, I can just share it and someone will offer help

      Pros

      I was looking for stability and I got it here. I have been working for more than a year and I am confident in my future. I have good colleagues, compensation is always on time, a stable project with a normal flow.

      The training program is well designed, nice people, compensation is stable and on time.

      Cons

      Many projects have night shifts, but the company recruits people from different countries and time zones, so you can conveniently close night shifts
