      Very understanding, very supportive and team-focused, definitely tries to help employees meet their ongoing development goals. You work with highly motivated people and close-knit teams. Salaries are fair and there are plenty of opportunities for employees.

      Good and easy money, remote from home.

      Gave me a great project to work on with a luxurious company, double the average salary in my country (SRB). Key account manager was very helpful and understanding

      Cons

      Once you are working on the project and you notice flaws that get in the way of workflow, your key accout manager puts you in touch with superior managers to have a feedback call. They just explained me how we cannot change x flaws because of x reason and basically denied everything i had to say, just to a few months later do everything i have advised would benefit, and act like they just found out and dont bother on giving you credit. Long story short; they act like they care about your feedback but decision are taken without any input from workers that are actually on the “field”.
