I love my team, I love how interesting my job is, the limits I keep exceeding, and the opportunities I got by starting to work here. Loving it!

Cons

Learning the technical side of things was a little difficult, while getting used to the first calls was nerve-wracking. But hey, it's nothing you can't learn how to handle.

Very cool office, I haven't seen such in Ukraine. They care about the comfort of the staff, tea, coffee, snacks and beautiful paintings are here. I was alone on the project, but I liked it. There is always someone to talk to in the office and the manager is always in touch.

Cons

I didn't notice anything suspicious.

Good place to start a career for students, but nothing more

Pros

Due to the specifics of the project, often there is no need is specific education or experience. That is a good point for switchers. You can quickly start looking for a better place with better wages and benefits pretty soon, since there is a lot of similar jobs on the market, however with better conditions.

Cons

The general approach to the employees is "soviet kindergarten-like". They'll treat you like you are more of a stupid small child that cannot survive without supervision rather than an adult professional. The top management has trust issues along with self-esteem issues. Pay raise is hilarious, as well as bonuses and you need to push very hard to get some.
