When you ask them for a corporate device, they'll tell you in a corporate language that "oh well, we don't do that".
Plus, they offer you to use Payoneer to get your compensation. In my country, it's a green flag for tax evasion.
Absolutely zero real benefits. You should be happy to work for them. Night shifts that are billed as a regular shifts (no 1.5x rate, at least).
