      Pros

      If it is your first step into remote work is a great way to start. Excelent comunication and sense of teamwork. Great proyects in variety and complexity, great place to learn! The values of this company are shared company wide and everyone feels welcomed.

      Cons

      Schedules can be hard to mantain, so be ready to be on call to cover and some extra hours (Completely paid, of course)

      Pros

      I was impressed from the first day by the comfortable and beautiful office. Good people and management, no micromanagement. Most of the management people have been consultants and understand you. I received the compensation on time. It is possible to work remotely on some projects.

      Cons

      The Cons are hard to name. If something happened, I always talk about it and they change it or explain why we work this way and not that way and it was logical.

      Pros

      I enjoy coming to work, drinking my morning coffee, and solving interesting cases while helping clients. The office looks like a gallery, and the people here are amazing and kind. They are not fake sincere. We support each other in difficult times. This is more than a job. It's a whole life.

      Cons

      We've been through a lot together and have always found a compromise.
