      Pros

      Some of the best people in middle and lower levels that I've ever worked with, lots of passion and energy but lessening with time as good people leave and the ones who stay are worn down through bureaucracy and endless reorgs.

      Cons

      Very poor upper level management that does not have a vision or a strategy and has spent the last 3 years waiting for one to arrive. Lack of investment in people and infrastructure that is all coming due at once, making for constant outages and service interruptions. Just feels like a very poorly run company with a management that doesn't know what it should prioritize so it attempts to do everything with the thinnest veneer of effort and is continually shocked when it fails.
