Too much on people's emotions rather than getting the job done and need to have more structured processes

Insane management. No accountability for poor decision making, no oversight on expenditure, people are promoted based on friendships with management rather than merit or achievements. High turnover, no support for career development. The most disorganised company I've ever experienced; it would be entirely unsurprising if the company goes bankrupt in the next few years.
