      Great company to work for

      Pros

      The work was challenging, interesting, and enjoyable. My supervisor was very supportive and offered opportunities to advance my career.

      Cons

      The only con to my working experience here was that it was located in the middle of nowhere. As I understand it a lot of their locations located far from "people"

      A company on the right track

      Pros

      Syngenta is undergoing historic change but the change is putting the business on the right track for success. New leadership, a new vision and a well documented way forward has increased morale within the organization.

      Cons

      Not really a con as much as just an observation. Many of the departments are flat which leaves very tight windows for professional development or advancement. This means the company is running lean which is good for the bottom line but with very little turnover in the business there aren't as many opportunities for advancement.

      Good career path is required, No challenges in job, all are routine pre-defined jobs, no job clarity and company overall going through difficult time
